Each order transmitted to MAJIDA LTD is equivalent to a contractual proposal from the customer. Therefore, it is binding for MAJIDA LTD only if:
- it is complete in all its parts
- it contains all the elements needed to correctly identify the products ordered
- it is confirmed and accepted by MAJIDA LTD. MAJIDA LTD reserves the right not to accept incomplete orders or orders which lack the data necessary for their fulfilment. The documentation for tax purposes relating to the products ordered is issued by MAJIDA LTD at the time when the products are shipped to the customer.
MAJIDA LTD ships throughout Europe using the BRT courier.
Shipments by MAJIDA LTD will take place from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 15:00; orders received after this time will be processed the next working day.
Delivery generally takes place within 2 - 3 working days from the moment the package is picked up by the express courier.
N.B. These times are those indicated by the express courier and therefore cannot be guaranteed by us and delivery takes place from Monday to Friday during normal working hours.
If the courier is unable to make the delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the recipient will be contacted via e-mail by the courier to agree on the day and time of delivery. If this second attempt is also unsuccessful, the package will be returned to the office of jurisdiction, where it will remain in storage for a maximum of 10 working days awaiting collection by the recipient. If the package is not collected within the maximum storage time limit, it will be returned to the sender.
MAJIDA LTD will do everything possible to have the products delivered to the consumer within the time limits indicated.
The consumer is welcome to contact firstname.lastname@example.org in case of delay in delivery or to report any disservice they may have detected. MAJIDA LTD is not responsible for delays which are unforeseeable and / or attributable only to the courier.
